HP Insight duplicate entries

First of all, i'm very new to HP Insight Control.
I already scanned the installation/configuration guide, but don't find the right answer i'm looking for..

The issue is that i have one server listed twice in insight control.
For example: serverX and serverX.contoso.com

I don't know (yet) how all my servers gets listed in insight control.
I assume it's something like an autodiscover mechnaism.

At first, i wanted to manually delete one entry but can't really find this option either.
And I have to make sure that this server wont get "autodiscovered" the other day.

I know a lot of questions, but i cant seem to find any good article/guide around this problem.
