hpcc can not collect data

Hi, all
I've met a problem of hpcc. Onsite engineer had installed hpcc and when I did Equipment Search, I could find the information in attachment only, some one said this meaned that the hpcc had set up connection with backend but can not collect configuration.
Data collect schedule is at 16:00 everyday, file had be created at (c:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\HP ISEE Support Messenger)
