huge file for Desta service

This folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\svctools\specific\desta\database\data\base\16390" is about 70 GB

and Desta service is active. I'd like to understand what service is and what events are going to this db.

My OS is Windows 2008 and this is HP Proliant ML380 with EVA command view, Data Protector.

I read in HP document but I cannot find way to clear all database because my free space is too low.

Suggestions please
