I want to update Insight remote support from version 7.11.0.179 to 7.11.0.504. However, I get the following error when downloading the package:
- ID:Patch7110Pkg
- Group:UCA_V1
- Status:Error
- Information:Caught an unexpected exception while verifying digital signature of downloaded package Patch7110Pkg (7.11.0.504). See the log file for more information
Internet status is Connected and service events are opened automatically. Does anyone else have this error?

- Try Deleting the "%HP_RS_DATA%\ucacore\certs\certs.zip" file.
- Click the [Check for Updates] button in the I-RS Software management page to update certs.

Thank you for the information.
I have deleted the certs.zip but I do not get any message to update certs.
If I want to open a case, what should I specify here for a S/N. HPE requires a S/N for each case, the IRS is a virtual machine, I cannot specify a S/N here.

Are you saying this didn't work? I would have expected an update to the certificates to happen silently behind the scenes when you pressed "check for updates"?
I would have to find out about the SN ...

SolutionI received a new certs.zip from HPE support, which I had to replace in the directory "%HP_RS_DATA%\ucacore\certs\certs.zip".
After a reboot of the IRS the update could be downloaded and installed.
