Hi guys
I'm new on this products, I have to install ISEE on 4 Windows Servers, but I want to use HPSIM to send message from ISEE Client to HP Support Service. How can I make this configuration on ISEE Client and HPSIM Server?
Thank's in Advance

Solution
Hi,
HPSIM alone will not be able to send incidents to HP, you need to install Remote Support Essential:
http://h20219.www2.hp.com/services/cache/452199-0-0-119-240.html
However, ISEE itself can send incidents to HP, we called this ISEE v. 3 (A.03.95.5xx), while HPSIM + RSP is called ISEE v. 5 (A.05.xx).
With HPSIM + RSP, there is no need to install ISEE client software on each Windows machine. They don't work together.
Hope this helps,

Re: Integrating HPSIM and ISEE
Hi Carlos,
Download the HP-SIM kit V5.1 or newer from www.hp.com/go/hpsim. Select the component "Remote Support Software Manager".
Before you continue with the next step, check that you have connection to isee-updates.americas.hp.com and services.isee.hp.com via port 443.
The A.05.05 HP Service Essentials Remote Support Pack CMS Prerequisites and Managed Systems Configuration Guide (PN 5992-4049) describes the next steps.
