Re: ISEE ENTITLEMENT CHECK
I had the same problem, that in some cases was solved executing this script:
/opt/hpservices/RemoteSupport/config/firstSync
after that connecto to:
http://:5060/start.html
you'll see an entitlement check inicident. Go to configuration options on the left pannel and enter the entitlement data on the system part.
Hope this helps.

Re: ISEE ENTITLEMENT CHECK
First thing you want to do is make sure you are allows outbound TCP/HTTP via port 80. Some firewalls default policy will block this from an outbound perspective. The key is to allow TCP outbound. Have your firewall team check to see if there's any restrictive policies and modify them so the ISEE server can go TCP/HTTP outbound. We had the same issue and with a simple firewall tweak, was able to get the entitlement code back. Since you can get the isee.americans web site from the server it looks like DNS is up and running correctly.
What type of firewall are you using??
Hope this helps..
