isee start start page "your computer" details missing

I have a hpux 11iv3 server running A.03.95.510.46 ISEE Platform. It connects to our spop but is listed as an unknown device. The "Your computer" details in the isee client are blank. (http://servername:5060/start.html). Can you please help.

Appologies the version is A.03.95.520.22 ISEE Platform.

Is this an IA Server? Check /opt/hpservices/etc/motprefs for JVM_LOC=

This is the pointer to an installed Java which will be used by ISEE. It should point to a Java 1.4.x.x. If not, modify the pointer, such as:

JVM_LOC=/opt/java1.4/jre/bin/java

Then stop/start hpservices.
