Hello,
i have installed HPE Remote Insight Support on a Windows VM.
After installing RS i am using AD Configuration with rsadmin auth -activeDirectory.
Now i want to login on website.
But i cannot login in the webconsole:

I have added the user in the local admin group.
But it doesent work ?

Re: Remote Insight Support 7.11
Hi @sbhat09 ,
i have read the document and have changed the settings before i post my question here. But it dont work for me.
At the moment i use the local authentification.
By the way, I tried again, but I get the message in the web interface that I do not have sufficient permission to access the page.
Regards
Stefan

Re: Remote Insight Support 7.11
Hello @samrein,
This looks strange. You can give a try to create one more test user with the same privileges and test if you still face the issue or it was just a bug.
If the issue continues, contacting HPE support will be ideal. Because they can analyse the relevant logs and find the case.
