@paaalvega

It sounds like your IRS setup is almost complete, but there's an issue with the subscription to iLO, which could be due to communication challenges with the RIBCL and Redfish protocols on those devices.

You can give a try to below instructions:

Make sure firewall allows communication for the necessary iLO ports, typically 17988 (RIBCL) and 443 (Redfish), along with standard HTTP and HTTPS ports (80, 443). Even if the ports seem configured, double-check that they are fully open bi-directionally for all IP ranges IRS uses.

Check server's iLO firmware is updated to a version compatible with Insight Remote Support.

The IRS server account used for iLO connections needs sufficient permissions, ideally with Administrator privileges in iLO to ensure subscription creation and monitoring access.

Hope these helps. Let me know

Re: The RIBCL subscription to x.x.x.x has failed

Hi,

I ended up opening a support case, and we came to the conclusion that the problem was with the user we were using, not because of permissions, but whoever created the account generated a huge and complex password, we tested it with another user, with the same permissions and it worked. correctly, I put the "old" user back in with a shorter password and it became operational. Thanks for trying to help.
