Transmission to the HPE Remote Support receiver was unsuccessful. Please check connectivit

Receving the following error: 

"Remote Support Registration Error.Transmission to the HPE Remote Support receiver was unsuccessful. Please check connectivity between iLO and the HPE Remote Support receiver. (Cannot connect to remote host)"

Our network team allowed bi-directional communication over HTTPS port 7906 in both directions. 

All are iLO 5 v2.78 (Dec 16, 2022)

When was the last time it was working fine? Was there any changes/upgrades after that issue started?
