Unable to start services on HP ProLiant DL380p G8

I am unable to start the below highlighted services.

When I try to start them, I get the below error message. , Could someone please assist on this?

Hi,

Please Install SNMP. Once SNMP is installed and configured, reattempt the installation of HP Insight Management Agents

I would suggest to re-install the Insight Management Agents
