Unable to add new contracts

We just received updated service contracts for our HP appliances from a third party vendor.  I am trying to add these contracts to our support portal.  None of our renewed contracts have SAIDs, only contract IDs and SARs.  The portal doesn't seem to like the given contract IDs, and throws an error when I try to add.

I've tried calling the licensing support line (800-538-1733) but just get a busy signal.  Regular support number isn't much help either.  

Hoping someone might know how I can add and link contracts without the SAID number.
