We have the last version (6.3) installed and we are receiving an e-email with this subject:

Hi Claus,
The expiry after one year was intended to ensure that Customers upgraded their
monitoring tools regularly.
There is an unsupported way of extending the Service Obligation but I would rather
not share it on this forum - please email me at steve.begley@blueyonder.co.uk and
I will provide the info.

The recommend method of renewing the Service Obligation of WEBES 6.3 is to install the latest version if IRSA or IRSS (5.8) via the Remote Support Software Manager. This will install WEBES version 6.4 and update your Service Obligation ID.
