If you have a support contract on this machine you can always call HP and have them send you the firmware. The can also set up an FTP site for you to download it from. They have done that for me in the past.

P.S. If your password is not good, how are your posting to the Forums? The ITRC and the ITRC Forums use the same user id and password.
