I have one rx1620 box, i am not getting any console output on either dumb terminal or VGA Monitor.
On dumb terminal, i am able to go MP . From MP, if i say CM>tc or CM>rt, i am getting the bellow error.
SPU Power is Down.
Please any one tell me, why i am getting the above error, and why i am not able to get any console output on dump terminal or VGA monitor ?
In the dumb terminal, From MP, i said CO, but i am not getting any output. I thought, might be console output on dumb terminal is disabled on EFI shell and might be the output to VGA is enabled, so then i connected the VGA monitor, but still i am not getting any output on VGA monitor.

Re: rx1620 -- SPU Power is Down
But my main problem remains same. I am not getting any console output.
My box having three output devices.
(1) Console/Memory/UPS
(2) Serial Console
(3) VGA
I connect a dumb terminal to first device and another dumb terminal to my second output device .
On the first dumb terminal, i am getting MP login, and on the second dump terminal i am not getting anything.
On the first dump terminal , if i say "CO", i am not getting any console output.
But in second dumb terminal, i am getting the bellow words, and it hangs.
------------------------------
starting boot
boot time event
start I/O Discovery
--------------------------------
And it hangs here.
Any one help me what is the problem and what is the solution ?
