Transfer Standard Warranty Transfer on rx3600

I sold an rx3600 to an end user and before the standard HP warranty expired, the end user sold the system to another company. How do we move the standard warranty over to the new end user so they have warranty support if needed?
The rx3600 comes with Three year standard warranty with next business day on site.

hi,

you have 2 options.

either conatct Hp here and arrange the transfer of ownership, can be quite time consuming

or just doen bother? Hp will go by the serial number of the unit, for standard warranty and if the new owner needs help when they log a call they can then tell them the new owner/location details

it doesnt matter where the system is, its covered. it comes into play more if you want other lic products transfering
