You can download IE Sp1 then go to windows update to get all the rest of the updates.

It seems there is no SP2 stand alone download.

SP2 is integrated into XP SP2. So If you ddownlaod IE 6 SP1 then let Windows Update finish all the security patches and hotfixes to bring it up to the latest SP.
