Internet Explorer - Save password Check box unavailable

Hi,

We are using Windows 2003 active directory. While opening internet explorer proxy server user authendication box opens up and there is no save password check baox visible, we have no group policy set specific to this, can any one help me how to get this save password check box visible to IE users?

if it's just on one pc, HKCU/Software/Microsoft/Internet Explorer/Main/FormSuggestPWAsk. If it's more than one pc, I'd check the server again.
If at first you don't succeed, you must be installing Windows

Hi,

thanks for the tip, but it did not work, yes it is for all the pcs.

We have tried both Disablepasswordcaching and the formsuggest pw ask, in both the case it is not working.

Is anything esle we can try?
