Controling a shock of hours with ASP.

Hi everyone,

I have a schedule of things to do during the 7 days of the week, but often I have repeated schedules that same day. The thing is, how can I control this shocks with ASP using check boxes?. I think the better way is using a matrix, but I need some help from you.
