3CRWDR101A-75 looses WAN connection

I have a 3CRWDR101A-75 and it keeps disconnecting from WAN, any ideas how I resolve this?

First of all remove any phones that are connected to the same line, test? if not ok replace the phone cable on the 3com, test? if not ok update to the latest firmware Version 1.12.01.A and do a full reset to factory default

Hi, I have the 3com 3CRWDR101A-75 and have updated the firmware long time ago from 3com.com and the version is 1.10.00.A (22 May 2007 10:37:09). 3com now belongs to HP..

So having some weird issues with the internet connection lately and assumed that my ISP is the culprit, I decided to see if there's any newer firmware version for my router.

After much searching, I found the router I have is the same as the HP V100 Wireless-G Router Series. And there's a newer firmware version (3CRWDR101A-75_3CRWDR101B-75_v1.12.04A), after downloading it and reading the PDF included, it does mention 3com 3CRWDR101A-75.

So the question is, can this firmware (1.12.04A) be use for my 3COM OfficeConnect ADSL Wireless 54Mbps 11g Firewall Router (3CRWDR101A-75)?
