C7000 with Flexfabric 10GB NIC connecting to Cisco Catalyst 3120x. Incoming connection speed is less

I have multiple C7000 Chassis with Virtual connect setup. For ease of administration, we are moving to C7000 with Cisco Catalyst 3120x interconnect modules. The incoming traffic speed between the enclosure with cisco catalyst and Enclosure with Virtual Connect is very minimal.. not even 10MB/s. Any suggestions much appreciated.
