Inter Vlan Routing on MSR1003 Router

i have problem in inter vlan routing from MSR1003-8 ac Router i have 8 access port on router how can i create inter vlan router between PC's with vlan 10 20 30 i have one switch 2530 switch pc can ping vlan interface but cannot ping each other. please define steps ....
