OSPF and IS-IS Fast Reroute (FRR) compatibility

Hi,

 

I would like to know if the dynamic OSPF / IS-IS FRR feature supported in HP Comware platforms, is based on RFC 5286, so that it can be implemented on a multivendor environment, or whether it poses some restrictions in such scenarios.
