Subnet Mask setting trouble

I am trying to move to a static IP address.  The settings from my ISP call for a zero as the last entry i my subnet mask setting.  The router is expecting a number >= 1-254.  How do I resolve this problem?

Have you tried doing a system upgrade to the latest firmware?



What is the name/model number of the device?
