vlans - access to web platform

Hello. I have configured eg two vlans on the device -HPE 1920 (vlan10 and vlan 20). Traffic between vlans is regulated by the router. I would like to have access to the "Web Managment Platform" device on the address in vlanie10 from a computer in vlanie20. Is it possible. Even if I'm passing all traffic between vlans on the router. I can ping the device interface in vlan10 from a computer in vlan20. Unfortunately, I can not access the "web platform" at this addres.
