MSM430 - AP synchronized but radio not working.

Hi,

After HP support got me to upload new firmware to a problem AP I was able to get it to Synchronize with MSM760 it was showing up green but the Wireless Services werent coming back on. It's as if the radio was just switched off.

They sent me a replacement AP and I'm having the exact same problem with the replacement

MSM760 controller detects, uploads settings and restarts it the new AP. It gets an ip address but no radio.

The settings on the APs all match:

Model: E-MSM430
Hardware revision: J9651-60001
Firmware: 5.5.2.1-01-10012

I've performed factory reset a couple of times which didn't help, tried it on different switches. Tried with POE switch and a POE injector.

So your controller is running 5.5.2.1 and support gave you the same version for the AP? I'd suggest going to https://h10145.www1.hp.com/downloads/SoftwareReleases.aspx?ProductNumber=J9420A and downloading 5.5.3.
