PMM can't see access points
We have MSM760 controller with MSM410 and MSM310 access points. Software version is 5.5.3. The hardware devices are working fine, with all AP-s in controlled mode.
I installed the PCM+, PMM, IDM software suite in demo mode, 3.20 version. Enabled SNMP, SSH, SOAP and management console (for mobility manager with PCM server ip address) on the controller. The software found the controller and seems to be working, but can't see any access point.
Any additional settings I need to configure for the APs to be recognized by PCM?
I also don't know if the PCM server needs to communicate with the APs directly, or only through the controller.
Thanks in advance.

Hi did you get sw version 5.7 for the controllers?
I only found 5.5.3 as the newest download.

Yes I´ve got the recently release_candidate sw version 5.7 for the controller in use.
The reson is that a spectralink feature is now included.
But our PMM+ does´nt show the Wireless Access-Points 460,466 annd 422.
Greetings
Horst

Re: PMM can't see access points
Horst,
It's not likely we will get help on these forums :(
I suggest you to open a case with HP support directly!
I have already opened mine.
