Radio status pending on MSM317?

We have around more than 300 msm317 AP's and there is always a issue with "Radio status pending" why is this?

From the sound of it your wireless is actually working, and this is just an issue with GUI.

Check your unfiltered log. Do you see any of these messages:

"Transfer of statistics information failed"

"AP is too busy to transfer statistics"

"jpatch died with return code"

If yes, that's the cause. There are too many possibilities why you might see these, so I'd recommend contacting support.

Please note that these aren't issues with MSM HW. So if your controller is >1 year old, you will need to purchase a SW support contract to bring these under support.
