Business Copy on OpenVMS 7.3.2
We are trying to implement BusinessCopy on all our platforms, So far so good.
But on OpenVMS only ODS-2 filesystems are supported (as published in HP StorageWorks
Business Copy EVA/MA/EMA v2.2
Product Version: BC Server v2.2
Fifth Edition (October 2003)
Part Number: T3032-96101).
Will ODS-5 work too? And will HP support it also?
I think it should work ofcourse as BC is a block action, not a filesystem thing.
But better safe than sorry.

Re: Business Copy on OpenVMS 7.3.2
Well, they might have forgotten to put ODS-5 in the manual, but only HP can tell.
There is an update to V2.2.1 available, but it only affects the BC server and the HP-UX + Windows host agents.

I guess the only thing left is to put in a support call with HP.
