SolutionHello @YannD,
That QTOF disk‑group object is being protected by the controller’s internal quarantine and there’s no safe public Delete button for it in the SMU HPE support normally removes those objects with internal commands. You can still recover a usable state, but it requires either a maintenance window (drive removal/rebuild) or accepting the risk of destructive actions. Below are concrete, low‑risk >> higher‑risk options and exact steps you can try.
Anything that forces the removal of the controller's internal objects can be destructive and irreversible. Proceed only if you understand the risk and have backups of any important data (including Volume A).
If you can get HPE support (or an HPE partner) that’s the safest route. They have validated internal commands that remove quarantined objects without leaving the controllers in an inconsistent state.
