DM380-G7 and MSA 2060 SAS connection fail

Hello, I have a dl380 g7 and an msa 2060 connected via sas cable, the cable works correctly since I tried it on other computers.

I need to be able to link the computers to be able to use the storage as a destination for backups from other servers, I would appreciate if you could help me. Greetings

1. When you say computers, are you talking about the servers itself or PCs?

2. Has this been a working setup or is this a new installation?

3. What is the controller installed in the DL380 G7 server which is connected to the MSA2060?

4. How many servers are connected to this MSA and what are the models for the same?

As far as I am aware, MSA 2060 is a newer MSA which might not be compatible with the storage controller installed in DL380 G7 server.
