Solution1) You have to purchase this software. It's licensed on a per-server basis.
2) the last I heard was that HP does not support using SecurePath with only 1 HBA (you need at least 2 HBAs). Instead, you have to zone your fabric so that each server sees only 1 EVA Port. See this Doc from HP about single-path implementation:

Re: EVA 5000 + Windows server = 2 drives
Actually we have Secure Path license ( I wonder if it needs license if installed on server with single HBA port ?)
It works OK with both dual and single ports HBA. Local HP support is p. of sh. could not tell anything clear of this problem.
Additionally, I found no Secure Path for Windows 2003/64 bit. I hope zoning may help.

Re: EVA 5000 + Windows server = 2 drives
if you purchased the media kit for SecurePath WIN 4.0c, you should already have it. The Kit contains 3 CDs:
SecurePath Manager
SecurePath Server 32-bit
SecurePath Server 64-bit
However, it's not printed on the CDs which Server version is 32- or 64-bit. The only way I could tell was from the CD Part Number. The 64-bit version ends with -0004 or something. I think the 32-bit version ended with -0001
Note that SecurePath Manager only runs on 32-bit systems (best to install it on the Management Appliance)
