How to configure the AIX MPIO for managing the MSA storage volumes.

Hi There,

I am having issues to configure and manage the MSA storage volumes in AIX MPIO for multipathing.. The volumes are getting visible from the OS with no issues, but not getting integrated to the MPIO software.

Please assist...

++ Storage System -- MSA 2040

++ Operating System -- IBM AIX

++ Problem -- How to configure the AIX MPIO for managing the MSA storage volumes.

Hi Ashraf,

 

 

 

There are no drivers or configuration guidelines when MSA 2040 is used along with IBM AIX.

 

 

 

Please note that IBM AIX is not listed as a tested/supported operating system with MSA 2040 in HPE SPOCK web page.

 

 

 

Please get in touch with operating system support team to check for any configuration options.
