Re: HP Storage
HP has multiple storage under it's Storage Portfolio, which storage are you referring to?
Is it HP MSA are you referring to?

Re: HP Storage
Check the system from SMU (follow the marks) or do "show system" from CLI.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: HP Storage
Both compact flash cards (part of the controller) have failed. Try to reboot the controllers one by one. If the issue remains, replace the cards. make sure you are using current firmware (TS252).
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: HP Storage
It is unlikely that 2 CF Cards fail at the same time. Can you check in the SMU you were getting errors similar to:
242 ERROR Auto-write-through trigger event: CompactFlash failed.
242 ERROR Auto-write-through trigger event: CompactFlash failed
If yes then you will need to replace both the cards with http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?SearchText=768079-001
If not then we can try to check what is going on.

Re: HP Storage
You can login to MSACli (Telnet to the SMU/GUI IP Address)
#show events
OR from the GUI (Refer Attachment)

Re: HP Storage
None of the Event Shows any errors.
Can you add #show configuration and #show events output (Tail it to 500 lines)
OR
You can reseat 1 of the Controller and Check if the CF Status Changes.
If not, you will need replace the same.
