HPE MSA Advanced Data Services Suite on MSA 1040 can not install

We have a MSA 1040 and installing the HPE MSA Advanced Data Services Suite E LTU Q0H99AAE on the installation process it shows that the License can not go tru the system send a Message that indicates that is not a valid license.

The installation process its OK, the license does not have a lock in ID problem. all the HPE information shows that the license its correct.

Somebody have had the same problem?

Hello,

The HPE MSA Advanaced Data Services E LTU is not the license but contains the passcode needed to get a license. You need to follow the steps in the email to use the code and your HPE Passport to get a license.

The license will be sent to you in a certificate.txt file. Once you get the certificate.txt file, try the installation procedure again.
