HPE SAN MSA 2050
Good afternoon, after a cordial greeting, I would like to raise a problem about the HP SAN MSA 2050. Controller B presents an error status when controller A is active. I mean that controller B remains in a non-operational state. I attach screenshots, if I place the B alone with the single controller activated it works normally, but when I connect the 2 controllers the B does not work.

Re: HPE SAN MSA 2050
Hi,
I guess the array would be out of warranty/support contract.
Could you check the events using the below command with both controllers installed?
show events last 50
show system
show pools
show unwritable-cache
show versions
This might indicate events similar to Killed Partner controller or any reason why controller A is not allowing B to boot up.

Re: HPE SAN MSA 2050
Hello, the support has already expired, my boss has already contacted to renew the warranty contract and is receiving assistance.
Also thank you for your response.
