Re: HPE Server Storage Connectivity
@shafisherif
Fibre Channel (FC) does not connect to Ethernet (10Gb)
Since you did not specify an FC HBA (ex SN1610Q) I would assume you are trying to use iSCSI rather than Fibre Channel.
Please make sure to purchase the correct MSA model. MSAs come in 3 protocols: Fibre Channel OR iSCSI OR SAS
There are no multi-protocol MSAs in the Gen6 product line. Please reveiw the MSA 2060 quickspecs carefully.
You can also look at HPE Single Point Of Connectivity Knowledge (SPOCK) for ... connectivity knowlegde.

Re: HPE Server Storage Connectivity
Hello,
Ethernet and Fiber Channel are not compatible protocols and hence the hardware does not automatically match the server and storage.
Please refer to HPE Single Point Of Connectivity Knowledge (SPOCK) for hardware compatibility.

Re: HPE Server Storage Connectivity
Specifying the operating system would also help.
