Dear Sirs,
I upload logs file from storage MSA 2060 to MSA Health Check | HPE Services then have back
Error: An unexpected error occurred in the application. The support team has been notified.
And if download lates software firmware IN210P002-2.0.0 then loaded
i get:
The installation procedure was completed successfully.
then log in MSA i have

GEM Version: usm-rss_sbbsas_indium_msa_vikings-v5.3_lite-r2023.19.2_rc2_rel_29
MC Firmware: IXM210P002-01 MC Loader: 1.71.37572

Yes, the firmware update appears to be correct and successfully applied.
All the versions listed align with the latest firmware release IN210P002-2.0.0 for the HPE MSA 2060 storage system.
You can verify the firmware bundle details by checking the official HPE firmware release notes for the MSA 2060 to ensure no features or updates are missing.

Thanks for sharing the details. I am not fully sure either, but from what you posted it looks like the firmware installed correctly. Did you try re-uploading the logs after the firmware update to see if the Health Check still gives the error?
