Please guide me in the following matters:
- How can I reset the controller?
- How to update the controller via CLI?
- Is there a mode for emergency access to perform a full reset of the device?

Re: MSA 2060 FC Problem
Hi,
As you have already tried removing and reseating the faulty controller B, the controller should be faulty. Please go ahead and replace the controller B with a new controller. Please do not try troubleshooting steps like swapping controller between slots in the future.
