Hello All.
I unzipped the MSA Store.zip file.
There was a store_YYYY_MM_DD__HH_MM_SS.logs file there.
I was able to open the store_YYYY_MM_DD__HH_MM_SS.logs file by double-clicking it.
However, the log was displayed as an XML file in Chrome and Edge, which I found very difficult to check.
Do you know of an easier way to view store_YYYY_MM_DD__HH_MM_SS.logs?
Thanks, Best Regards.

Re: MSA Store.zip Analysis method
Hello @555-denoh ,
Upload the store.zip file to the MSA Health Check Web site, which helps to receive a report
summarizing important findings and recommended improvements.
MSA Storage Health check : https://msa.ext.hpe.com/
If you still want to view the store.zip file, use a web browser with XML Formatting.
If you feel this was helpful, please click the KUDOS thumb below. Also consider marking this as an "Accepted Solution", if the post has helped to solve your issue.

SolutionHello Sahana_S san.
This is 555-denoh.
Thank you for your support.
I accessed https://msa.ext.hpe.com/
I upload store.zip file to "Check the Health of your MSA Storage"
The first analysis was successful.
Then second and subsequent analyses resulted in errors.
I switched from Chrome to Edge and I get the same error.
I also cleared my browser cache but I get the same error.
I would like to know how to solve this problem.
If you know, please let me know.
Thanks best regards.
