No Access to MSA2060 management interface (GUI, SSH and Console)

Hello,

The web GUI is not available on an MSA2060 , and when i try to access through SSH i get prompted for user and password so I input them and nothing happens then the session times out. 

What should we do in this case?

Is reseating the controllers a safe and good solution ? Becuase this is a production storage.

you need to restart one of the controllers by physicaly pulling it out and re-sitting it

then from that controller you can restart mc on the other controller.

Try to connect serial cable and connect the controller. Then check if http, https and ssh protocols enabled or not

Yes, you can restart the Management controller on each controller. During restart, the I/O operations and data access should continue without interruption. The storage controllers are designed to handle I/O operations independently of the Management Controller.

The access through console is also not available, i also get user/password prompt ans when i provide those nothing happens.

Also note that LED2 on both controllers is Amber.
