OpenView Storage Mirroring

Does anybody understand the difference between

HP OV Storage Mirroring workgroup NAS edition LTU 1
VS
HP OV Storage Mirroring Server 4.4.2.0

We bought 1 of each but the NAS edition tells us that The "Activation Code" is not valid for a server that is not running the Server Appliance Kit.

Are they the same product as far as console and so on?
Do I need to replace the NAS edition with the edition that is not NAS?
