secure path error

I receive the following error:
spmgr display
Server: rietveld Report Created: Wed, Jul 06 16:25:09 2005
Command: spmgr display
Error: Incompatible command. The swsp driver may not be running, or the
file /dev/swsppCtl may be missing.

I installed secure path on a Sun Solaris 9 system. Qlogic QLA2300 HBA fibre channel host adapter is installed and connected with an EVA 3000. Included you found a log file of the installation process
