SMI-S connection to MSA 2040 and SCVMM
Hi all,
I am trying to get my MSA 2040 into SCVMM.
I'm using domain admin credentials, MSA credentials, Local Admin Cedentials on the SCVMM host, Trying the IP address and host name of Controllers A or B of the MSA.
I've also tried the above with SMI-S WMI WMI and SMI-S CIMXML.
I dont have the error message to hand right now.
Does anyone have any pointers for me at all?
Thankyou.

Re: SMI-S connection to MSA 2040 and SCVMM
I know this is an old thread, however I am having the same problem. I get the following error:
"Registration of storage provider https://10.X.X.X:5989 for user domain\SANUser failed from Server.domain.local with error code WsManMIInvokeFailed.
