I have a MSA 2040 and trying to upgrade and it came blank. Restarted management console and now it is showing The system is currently unavailable..what to do?

SolutionDid you tried to do Controller firmware update? if so then from which version to which version you tried to upgrade?
Have you verified no hardware issue persist before trying for any update?
Try to connect serial cable to Controller (if required one by one both) and verify status
If you are not able to access MSA through any of the interface then better to power cycle the MSA and proceed.

Will try the serial cable and power cycle stuff and will check. Thanks a lot.. Will update you
