Master ASE - Edge-to-Cloud Architect Delta Exam

Since Master ASE - Hybrid IT Solutions Architect V1 is becoming inactive, being replaced by Master ASE - Edge-to-Cloud Architect V1 certification, why doesn't the old certification qualify as a prerequisite for delta exam to upgrade to the replacement certification?

Heard from multiple people at HPE: There is an upgrade path with a delta exam specifically for the HPE Master ASE – Hybrid IT Solutions Architect V1 certification launching November 1, 2022. The delta exam will be a proctored exam at PearsonVue and not a practical exam. This path was delayed and did not launch with the certification.

Hi Randy,

If you hold the HPE Master ASE - Hybrid IT Solutions Architect V1 , you will have the possibility to upgrade it to the new HPE Master ASE - Edge-to-Cloud Architect V1 certification in November. The Delta exam should be ready on November 1 EOD. We're planning to send an email to HPE Master ASE - Hybrid IT Solutions Architect V1  certification holders early November but in the meantime, I suggest you chech the certification data card as of November 2 to see the new Delta exam appear on the site https://certification-learning.hpe.com/tr/datacard/certification/MASE-EdgCldArV1.
