I go through this forum to seek a helping hand for people who have had to pass the HPE2-T37 certifications.

I would like to have recommendations on good resources to prepare for my exam.

Hello Delphine,

Thank you for the provided info,  I have already baught the book and took the vILT training.

I have purschaed the exam voucher from eaavouchers1.pearsonvue on the 9th of Jan 2023.
the voucher should've been valid for 1 Year.

Was reviewing my pearson account - and was very surprised that the voucher when added to my account was only valid for 24hrs.

Now that the voucher has expired - and I couldn't sit for my exam - do you receommend any way I can request a rechedule or what should I do in this case ?!

I have opened a case with pearsonview and, hopefully we will reach a solution !

( is there a way we can pay HPE2 vouchers valid for 6-12 months)

Hello Marc,

Validity is different from one exam type to another. Once you register for an HPE2 online exam, you have to complete the exam within 24 hours. During registration, you have been given this page  https://wsr.pearsonvue.com/testtaker/registration/PolicyAcceptancePage/HEWPACK?conversationId=124513 which contains system requirements and this information. I fear that you will have to pay for another attempt...

Unfortunately, I was not aware of the 24-hour period requirement and as a result, I missed the exam.

Well I have opened a case regarding this matter, maybe I'll have a rescheduele session, and next time I will be more careful..
