E60 rebooting unexpectedly

Have a Netserver E60 vith updated bios, Netraid 1si, with updated bios, WinNT 4.0 SP6.
When I brows a big directory on the console the Server reboots unexpectedly. The logs do not show any hints.
Have tried to run diagnistic tests, but these do not show any defect compnents.
