HP Event Log Volume capacity Event ID 164

We are getting a event log warning which in turn toptools is paging us about capacity threshold. Does any one know where we would change the threshold setting? HP Event Log : [MSG_D20722] Volume capacity 96 percent exceeded major threshold 90 percent on D:\.

think this is hardcoded really in the 'volcap' agent , only thing you can do is to de-install the agent by running the agents setup wizard on that server again and choose for 'customize' and remove the Storage Agent from the list, this should stop the messages from appearing and as such not page since those entries won't get in the SEL anymore.

If you use the paging feature via the toptools remote control card or via the embedded IRA port on the Netserver itself then you could try to lower the alarm level for which you get paged.
