HP Netserver 4d/66 LM

Hello,
My school purchased a Netserver 4d/66 LM from some garage sale.

A few pieces of hardware were bad, which was expected. One, however, was the Ethernet card. When we tried replacing the Ethernet card with another ISA card, the bios gave an error, suggesting that I run the ECU Config utility.

Where could I obtain this utility?
